This is a parent-based treatment program for children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related problems. SPACE treatment was created by Dr. Eli Lebowitz at the Yale Child Study Centre and has been found to be efficacious in randomized controlled clinical trials. What Happens in SPACE?Parents who participate in space learn skills and tools to help their child overcome anxiety, OCD, and related problems.

Does my child need to attend?In most cases the child or adolescent does not need to attend treatment. Participation of parents or caregivers is required.

How many sessions are needed?Our psychologists offer both group sessions (maximum 6 families) which are 6 weeks in length, or individual sessions.
